Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused lab equipment in original packaging.
Consumables are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Custom or special-order items are final sale.
All returns require an RMA. Refunds are issued after inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
